The proposed development will consist of a 1580m2 new two-storey administrative headquarter building. The building will be exclusively occupied by the applicant (LMETB) for the purposes of administering educational and training services in the Louth and Meath areas. The proposed development also provides for 57 no. surface car parking spaces, cycle parking, landscaping and boundary treatment, signage and all associated site development works. Vehicular access to the proposed development is provided via a new access off Marley’s Lane.
