Unsigned tenders\/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed to be invalid tenders. The signatures must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Queries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queries must be submitted via etenders messaging service on or before 23<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;November 2020 12noon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 5 working days before latest time for receipt of Tender although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date.
