Helpdesk Portal

LMETB operate an IT helpdesk portal for all staff. You can log any IT issues here. We are introducing this new portal as it allows for greater reporting features and a clearer view of any issue that you have reported in the past; as well having the facility to track your ticket as it is being resolved by the helpdesk or the technicians on site.

Click on the LMETB  image below to log a ticket with the IT Helpdesk.


Log in with your LMETB username or password and follow the steps to log a ticket.

If you do not know your log on details please ask your Principal/DP or Centre Coordintor to log a ticket on your behalf.
