Customer Assistance in Ensuring the Delivery of Quality Service

In order for LMETB to deliver a quality service to its customers, it is important that customers understand their role in the provision of such a service and facilitate as follows:


  • On initial contact provide as much information as possible
  • Where appropriate quote references numbers on all correspondence/communications
  • Complete all forms carefully
  • Provide supporting information as requested
  • Ensure forms/submissions are signed and lodged in good time
  • Keep LMETB advised of changes in circumstances
  • Respond promptly to requests for further information/clarifications
  • If possible make appointments and be on time
